Question
Some science teachers instruct students to make pictures of living creatures, such as chickens and camels. What about this?
Answer (English translation)
Answer: No. Making such images is not permissible for children or adults. The Prophet, peace and blessings be upon him, cursed image-makers, threatened them with the Fire and stated that they will be among those most severely punished on the Day of Resurrection. Making such images is therefore not permissible, whether by students or by others.
